I’m Lucy, an integrative therapist accredited by CPCAB.
My training draws on a range of therapeutic approaches, including person-centred and attachment-informed psychotherapy.
I receive regular supervision in line with BACP guidelines to ensure the quality and professional standards of my practice, and I hold professional liability insurance.

Before training as a therapist, I worked as a voice coach and meditation guide. This experience deepened my appreciation of the body–mind connection and how our physical awareness can help us better understand our personal stories. When we are able to connect with what we feel in our bodies, it can gently loosen some of the shame or self-judgement we may carry.
My work is also informed by an understanding of attachment – the ways our early relationships shape how we experience ourselves and others.
Together we can begin to notice these patterns with curiosity and compassion, creating space for new ways of relating and responding.

I continue to support people in discovering their strengths; developing greater clarity and self-trust, and living more fully as themselves.

Above all, I am committed to offering a supportive and regenerative space where you can explore your experience safely and at your own pace.

You’re welcome exactly as you are.
