I’m Lucy, an integrative therapist, accredited by CPCAB.  My training covers a variety of therapeutic models.  I am a registered member of British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy; and work to their professional standards and ethical framework.

I receive regular supervision in line with BACP guidelines to ensure the quality and professional standards of my practice.  I hold professional liability insurance.

Along with running my private practice, I also work with renown mental health charity Mind, and 1-2-1 Counselling.

My experience as a voice coach and meditation guide enhanced my understanding of the body-mind connection.  Getting in touch with our physical body can provide further opportunities for self understanding and acceptance.

I continue to work with people to discover and actualise their hidden gifts and potential; to develop clarity and confidence in who they really are and to live from a place of greater freedom.

I am committed to creating a welcoming and non-judgmental space for you.

I understand that taking the first step to engage in therapy can be difficult.  Whether you are dealing with anxiety, depression, disillusionment, trauma, or any other mental health concern, I am here to provide the support and encouragement you need to move forward.
